“Too strong! Burnt my skin”

I tried it hoping it would moisturize and treat as promised. Instead it burnt the skin around my eyes and above on the eyelid. My skin started to dry and peel and/or turned red in some spots. This with only one application. It did not burn or tingle upon initial application so I didn't think it would harm me.
I definitely do not recommend if you have thin or sensitive skin! No other product has ever done this to me so I wonder what is in it!
