“6 weeks gone! Problem never sorted.”

On 09/08/19 I’ve contacted customer service to report Risco alarm issue.
I was told same day, that as soon as alarm panel comes online someone will do a remote check.
Alarm panel goes on and off many times during every day, so there was opportunity to do some checks.
In two weeks’ time nothing improved, so I’ve contacted customer service again.
On 22/08/19 I was told that site visit needed, and they will come back to me with engineer availability shortly.
On 27/08/19 I’ve contacted customer service again, as no one was in touch in 5 days’ time.
I was told that Risco engineer for my area is back from holidays next week and will be in touch to arrange a visit as soon as he’s back.
3!!! weeks later, on 18/09/19 I’ve contacted customer service again to find out when finally, my problem will be fixed.
Today is 26/09/19 – my problem not solved. No one interested to fix it.
6 weeks gone…
Very poor customer service!!
