“Good price, good car!”

The car itself was exactly what we booked. Was a bit difficult understanding the agent at hire desk. Then we couldn't find the car, three of us had to split up to look for it, eventually found 30 minutes later!!! No Dollar rep to be found anywhere near pick up area, in fact pick up area not clear either, especially in the dark!
The return process was fine, rep there to check car and accept it back.
Overall the car was great, service at pick up mmmn not good! Drop off great.
