“After sales care”

Had to recall Britelite for a replacement glass to my front bay window which previously installed by Britelite.
Calls to service centre were dealt with a very friendly and helpful team. After sending photos to them the replacement window was ordered and has been installed today. Very friendly team of 2 guys replaced the window in under an hour. All I can say is that the whole experience for me has been dealt with in a very professional manner and I can't thank the whole team from start to finish enough.
