“Horrible end to a holiday”

Goldcar have take over £500 from my credit card after they supplied evidence of damage that I caused to a hire car. The photographic evidence they've supplied is of a totally different hire car than the one that I hired! I've sent emails, spent hours on the phone and now being told by Goldcar that the best cause of action to resolve this issue to take legal action against them!
All I want to do is speak to somebody at Goldcar to resolve this issue but they refuse to answer my questions via email and phone and in the end just hang up on me.
