“Poor aftersales”

Bought a new caravan in May and developed a fault within 3 months with the water pump system. After consulting Whale manufacturers and establishing what could be the problem Preston caravans insist that I must return caravan to Preston from Edinburgh so that they can establish fault and rectify. Cost of part under £100 and could be fitted by myself. Cost of fuel to return caravan would exceed cost of part let alone the 4.5 hour journey there and same back again. Should caravan have to be left for repair this would be doubled?
To say I am disappointed would be an understatement.
They have my money and it would appear they don't care?
Would not recommend them and certainly will never be back again.
