“Feeling in control”

I have previously lost 4st using meal replacement sachets (600cals) and kept the weight off for 8 years but over the last 2 years 1 1/2 stone has crept back on and I just couldn't face the restrictions of sachets again. I am going on a special holiday at Christmas and am desperate for my clothes to fit me properly again and to buy some nice new ones.I started using the nutracheck app at the beginning of August, and just by logging everything ( which makes me think whether I really want it) I have lost 8lbs. My calorie allowance is set at 1400 which I think is rather high so I try to aim for 1000 but at weekends that extra 400 gives me leeway for a treat. I bought the app subscription for 1 year and cant see me not reaching my goal and beyond. I am very pleased
