“Not as advertised”

I purchased a Coventry city retro baseball cap from Sloganite. The item in their advert appeared to be top quality, sky blue in colour with a white rim to the front of the peak. The advert stated it was a one size fits all with a polished silver metal buckle at the rear. The price of the cap was £25 plus £3.

When the item arrived it was clearly not top quality but in fact very much standard quality. The badge at the front of the cap did not appear to fit properly, there was no white rim to the front of the peak and there was no polished silver metal buckle at the back but merely a velcro strap.

I contacted Sloganite to tell them I was not satisfied with the item, requested a refund and told them I was going to return the item which I did. They offered to give me a credit note in order to purchase any other item from their website. I told them I did not want any other item and requested a refund again. In fairness to them, Sloganite did then send me a refund.

Whilst I can't speak for any other item which they sell (they may well be very good) this item was certainly well below what was expected.
