“Promotion Issues ”

Had to email several times to ensure £100.00 additional was on order as was part of trade in deal. Finally received confirmation promotion was applied. However, once funds were sent, promotion was still not applied! Contacted customer services and they sent the additional £100 on same day.
Shouldn't require so much chasing to have the promotion applied.
Overall the service was prompt, money was in the account quickly. Shame about the promotion nonsense.
