To take the policy was easy! I found my old unsure would price match and when I went to cancel the company was wanting to charge me £38 to stop the policy although it hadn’t started! It took me to make a formal complaint for them to treat me as an individual and refund my money! I would say more staff training is needed in customer care and empathy! As the particular individual I spoke to kept telling me it cost to set up an online portal and 38 pounds is the cost to send an email of my documents??? I understand cost but not at that figure! When I had only made the call 10 minutes prior! Not a fantastic start and will not recommend or return
