I attempted to order a rum not available here in the United States. The problem occurred when the order was handed off to their contracted "carrier agents" once the order reached New York. After ten days of a "pending" status with FedEx, I discovered through FedEx that only shipping label had been created and no actual package was sent for shipping. I then request an inquiry with the Whiskey Exchange on the actual whereabouts of my order. I was then promptly told that the company was informed by the "carrier agents" that my order was damaged and destroyed in transit. I really do think my product was either re-sold or consumed by the carrier agents. My main concern is that I wasn't informed that my package was damaged, and the company wouldn't make any attempt to expedite a second order. My order was fully refunded, but the service provided was very disappointing.
