“Great service and understanding ”

It was a pleasure to deal with the person I dealt with. Very understanding and explained everything.

A little disappointed with the offer since the email states “guaranteed” and almost £400 was taken off that figure. I feel that they should offer less and then add more for exceptional condition. For example, I don’t know many cars over 5 years old that don’t have little scratches etc...

Overall the experience was quick and clear. I can’t fault the service at all. Just disappointed with the slight misrepresentation.
