I sent my iPhone SE 64GB off in good condition to Mazuma, and they quoted me £50 for it. When the package had been delivered they emailed me saying that they had reviewed the phone and that its sell value had reduced by £35 due to a tiny chip in the side of the screen (the phone was in good condition and functional). I felt compelled to accept this offer as I did now want to endure the hassle of getting the phone back and having to resell it. I can only assume that this is a money making tactic of theirs; to quote a good price for a device, then once they have it, claim it is substandard and use this to amend their offer. I would not recommend Mazuma to anyone.
