Had a service done on my Picanto and that day I got a new Rio. The salesman advised I no longer have to pay for the service as I do have use of that car anymore. Now 4 months later, receiving letters from Klarna (loan company) demanding money for a service not paid for. Reminded the salesman of what he said which he conveniently cannot remember saying, kept talking over me when trying to discuss this issue and has placed blame on the service dept and now I have to chase them. Terrible customer service will never go with them again
