Purchased ticket on United Airlines, my credit card billed twice--one for airtkt, once for United.
Extra service fees and "services" added. Customer service agents struggle with English--not their fault--so difficult to communicate. Probably by design...
Suggest dealing directly with United et al.
I notice Delta, my usual airline, does not deal with this outfit.
