“Terrible service ”

I have renewed with home protect but for some reason they are incapable of taking my premium leaving me very concerned my cover is not in place, I have had 3 conversations where i have been assured it is now all rectified but still they refuse to take the premiums, the wait on the phone each time is around 20-30 mins, i will not renew next year
