I was contacted by some good for nothing idiot from the nottingham branch informing me I'd been put forward for an interview for an admin assistant. At no time during this phonecall was I informed that I had to sign up and that I wasn't actually shortlisted at all. She made it very clear how another member of the team would get in contact with me later in the week to organise an interview and asked me how much I wanted for a salary. After not contacting me I rang up this morning to discuss what was going to happen only to be told that I hadn't been offered an interview and that the job had already gone. As you will see in past complaints they did exactly the same to me and did not even bother contacting me....but it gets worse...I then asked if I could speak to the branch manager to make a complaint, turns out the manager margarite was the rudest one there! I was shouted over and not allowed to make my complaint and spoken to very very rudely. I wasn't accepting this and asked to be passed through to the senior manager and was told that ,of course she wasn't going to transfer me to her manager. I was disgusted with these useless time wasting rude cretins and the disgusting way they treat people.STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!! they don't deserve any custom with there terrible customer service skills and I hope to never cross their paths again
