“Long term customer who is never returning ”

I have used this company several times in the past to obtain unlock codes for the many handsets I've owned . So I thought I'd be safe getting an unlock code for my Sony Xperia 1 . Right? WRONG !

I was led to believe that I would have my unlock code within the 1-5 business days as advertised. I didn't so I chased it and was informed they were having problems with their suppliers and for me to wait a further 2 business days. I did and it didn't come. Worse still was the sarcastic and rude tone when I chased them asking either for the code or a refund. I was point blank refused a refund and told 'there was no maximum time to provide a code'

So after the best part of FOUR WEEKS waiting,I did get my code. It did work but the length of time it took was totally unacceptable and the attitude absolutely STANK.

And to think of the numerous occasions I've recommended them.

I could have even got Vodafone UK to have unlocked it for free had I waited a bit longer.

NEVER AGAIN !
