“Avoid never Answering the phone ”

Been with this company for a couple of years never claim, but then when I tried to call them for a few time nobody answer the phone and one time they answer after I was waiting for more the 20 munites to cancel the Insurance.
They charge me £95 for cancelling the contract after 20 days of the beginning of the year, their answer was I passe 14 days cooling-off period which was not my fault.
My annual fees were £224, to cancel they will charge you nearly half of the premium.
