“Its worth paying extra excess to use your own repairer”

Appalling service from incompetent staff.
I left my car with them for a screen change. and was assured all was working when went to collect. Clearly not been tested as warning flashing up on dashboard display almost immediately upon driving, and adaptive cruise, lane and piolt assist all not working.
Returned vehicle next day to an argument from staff, saying its not their fault, and when collected 2 days later found it had done 80+ miles being driven around collecting their lunch/showing off to their friends and been driven into a low wall damaging front spoiler Not what you should get with repairs on a £70,000 car. .
Then appalling attitude from "customer care" department offering a goodwill gesture as an aoplogy and bodywork repair by their own people. No thank you
