“Awful ”

My experience with Studio catalogue is not a good one for example the company want you to make regular monthly payments which is fine I don't have a problem with that. What I do have a massive problem with is that if your late in making a payment they have a damn cheek to charge you a £12.00 default charge. If that isn't bad enough they then charge you interest in my case it was £8.50 on top of my £12.00 default charge taking that to a grand total of £20.50. So how is anyone expected to gradually pay the bill outstanding when you are being charged so very highly before even being able to pay any money outstanding on your account. I for one WARN ANYONE who is thinking about getting an account with this organisation DON'T I wish I hadn't and very much regret in doing so and never will again. This is a company that charge you and charge you and in the end you will be lucky to ever get your account payed DON'T GET ACCOUNT WITH THESE PEOPLE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED of the dangers of the hidden charges that don't tell you about.
