Absolutely terrible service. I've experienced down time that runs into approximately a week within the last four months and of course, that doesn't include the time I've wasted on the phone in an attempt to sort out the problems. Trying to carry on a business like this is impossible. Their servers don't seem to be able to cope with the amount of traffic and beware - if they offer to move you from one server to another, they will lose all your emails (a fact of which they don't warn you beforehand). Customer service is appalling and promises of action are frequently broken.
General Comments
I'd recommend anyone thinking of signing up with Easyspace to go elsewhere -- anywhere else! Look at the testimonials on their own site - hardly any of them relate to service levels, they all relate to the ease of setting up the account initially. In other words, Easyspace make it easy to join, but become a waste of space once you're there. Avoid at all costs.
