OkCupid used to be a fairly decent site. But i have come to realize that now they stoop to complete fakery to try and keep you subscribing.
After paying a lot of money to see who had "liked" me, and finding that most of them were from supposed women way beyond the US, I changed my subscription to no automatic renewal so that i would not be charge again automatically. The next day I get an email saying that a younger woman close to where I live "likes" me. It was obvious from the writing of the "About Me" section on "her" page that this was most likely fake.
Then a few days later I get an email saying that a very young and very attractive woman has "liked" me. I click on her picture to see her profile and the message "Sorry, this profile is either private or doesn't exist". Gee, really? Who would have thought?
Yep, a truly fake site, There are real people on the site, including real women. But so far no one I am really interested in.
Don't waste your time and money.
