“Avoid Terrible”

Avoid and keep away from this Company, terrible customer service,
Had lessons After Changing Driving instructor Twice as not happy with previous instructor,
He confirmed ready for test booked test and driving instructor for a test. confirmed booking on booking Calendar,
Driving instructor cancelled booking a week before test, after waiting 6 weeks for a place for test, the reason was because we had not booked more Lesson with him, and if we did not then we could not use his car for test, but he told me I was ready for test so why would I need more lesson, just trying to get people to book more lessons, when not needed.
And then pass and go had the cheek as you pay in Advance to refuse to refund the money we paid for this. Even after he cancelled booking.
If for any reason you do not want to continue with pass and go you will NOT get a refund of your credit,
They also arrive late, with no explanation,
The company are not interested in customer relationships they just want your money
Have now passed test so did not need any more lessons
