“"Terrible Service and Horrible Experience"”

Man I wish there was a "Hell no!" option for recommend to a friend! I wouldn't even recommend for an enemy! I agree with other reviews that LAX customer service sucks with most airlines but United is the WORST! I mean dang Delta wasn't even this bad! Long and short i was 45 minutes before my flight and they said there was a 45 minute cut off to check a bag. I checked the bag paid a whooping $175 to rebook and watched in dismay as my flight left without me because of some stupid rule?! It would've been better if the lady hadn't of been angry and mean to me about it, but of course I was dismissed with the wave of her hand. Terrible customer service never again...
