I would use again but I was disappointed by the service and communication between terminal and the off site location of the car. I was very cross by one member of staff who I found sarcastic and attempted to up sell with supposed humour. He wanted me to take a Mercedes instead of the small car I had booked on the basis the the small car was pink and some how an affront to my manhood. When I declined he attempted to have his colleague specifically select a pink car for my journey. I expressed a toy ace to a more mature member of staff who agreed that the attendant in question was very annoying. I actually would have found the pink car quite funny for the lads weekend I was away on, but that lad needs a talking to.
