“Swindlers - be careful ”

Was lured by the price at first and without doing any prior research went ahead and booked them.

These guys employed are absolute swindlers (and I am using the most positive term I can think of).

They will find every small detail to over charge you and sell every price of policy and insurance there is to offer.

One last next to me had to get rejected (unless she paid £46) because her card name does not match her ID and bank statements like-for-like (some banks use initials of your first name and wouldn’t take into account of middle names like the name on bank cards). Since she committed so much for getting to the place and she had no alternative but to pay.

Same thing happened to me but lucky I made a story saying I worked at a bank and having initials were normal. The guys at the desk was maybe overwhelmed my IQ was slightly higher than his so accepted my excuse and didn’t charge me.

Another couple had to pay extra for not printing out their documents. A phones screen shot would not do even with a reference number. Which is kind of strange as the telesales said once you pay you just then up at the the place to get the car and show your payment and ID.

You’d end up getting charged an extra £100 if you’re not careful and follow every small print possible on the terms and conditions.

You must be careful with these company. The attitude from the staff is pretty horrible so you must try and keep calm and make their jobs easier for you and them.
