such a bad delivery company
i had an item being delivered by parcel force which was not my choice as they've let me down before , and the item needed to be received on a certain day as it was a birthday present so when they e mailed me asking where to deliver i clicked the option 'with a neighbour ' as they could not specify a time .
When i got in there was a note saying they had attempted to deliver to me but was unable so i called their depot only to be told that it had now been delivered to a local post office but that it was open until 8pm
This put me out massively as then i had to drive to this depot only to find out that it closed at 5pm .
I called the original depot to complain and they said that they would get a manager to contact me ..... but as i suspected , that call never came .
I had too then go to the birthday party with no present , and then return to the persons house the following day to give it .
All in all it was a total nightmare experience and they are not the slightest bit bothered about the inconvenience
Will never use them or recommend them
Avoid at all costs
