“Kitchen refurb :) ”

Really pleased with my finished kitchen - ordered in store at Stoke on Trent never felt under any pressure to purchase - he was more than happy to keep moving things around as I dithered about a few things. The show room was great loads of kitchens on display and I liked the section when we could interchange the doors so you had a grasp of what the two colours would look like together. We ordered and had a fit date sorted within a week we needed a bit of time to move the boiler and a few other plumbing jobs the fitter was great.

I had a mini panic a couple of weeks before installation having read a few bad reviews - my husband phoned Fitter who was was extremely reassuring and happy to answer any queries.

Fit week arrived and it went really smoothly the fitters all extremely polite and have done a really great job.

The installation co-ordinator was in touch that week ensuring everything went smoothly and by the end of Friday we had 26 units and 7 appliances fitted.

The following week was templating for the worktop - this is a slow process as you have to wait approx 10 days for delivery of the templated top - I couldn't do the first fit date so we had to wait approx 2 weeks in total from templating to installation of the worktops - but they do look amazing so the wait was worthwhile.

I had a damaged door and we needed an additional piece of end panel this was all co-ordinated via the fitter, myself and the installation co-ordinator - all arrived without any issues took about a week from ordering to delivery.

Just about finished this week with the wall tiles and a couple of minor issues that my fitter will sort on Thursday.

I am really pleased with my finished kitchen and the fitting team - the kitchen is such a major part of the household that any blip is a major issue! We had four nights without a kitchen then on the Friday, oven, washing machine and running water in to a temporary sink all sorted - so well worth the 4 nights of ping and ding meals!
