“Terribly poor quality jewellery & worse customer service!”

I bought an expensive engagement ring that lasted LESS THAN 5 weeks . We were absolutely devastated. The diamond simply fell out because the claws cracked- unbelievable . When asking Sacet for a replacement product, they informed us we’d have to pay for this because they claimed it was ‘wear and tear’ after 5 WEEKS... an absolute JOKE. Hours and hours wasted on the phone. A ring should last a lifetime not 5 weeks. The worst service and product I have ever spent a significant amount of money on and for such an important occasion , absolutely devastating. I Expected so much more, we couldn’t be any more
