“GET YOUR BANK TO DO CHARGEBACK”

Ordered £150 worth of plants. 4 plants missing from order and those that arrived were not worth the money. All correspondence totally ignored. Reported to my bank and they have done a chargeback refunding me for the missing items. This soon got Gardening Express to reply and attempt to rectify my complaint.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and provide rubbish or nothing in return. Better to visit your local garden centre—- at least you can see what you’re buying.
