“No delivery”

I ordered on line. One hour before delivery I got phone call my delivery and order was cancelled cause of absence and I have to wait 5 working days for my money back. I got voucher £10 , however I looked on line app and there is information my order was delivered! How ridiculous is that! I am not going to order on line in Tesco anymore! How could they take money and for money back I have to wait 5 working days? That is awful! Why on line is information my order was delivered if never was? I am so disappointed and it was my last time I done shopping on line in Tesco!
