“Never Use!!!!!”

I cannot state that you should never use this company! Its been over 6 months and i am still left without my order and being messed around by this terrible company. The manager (Michael) seems to never be in the office when you need to talk to him, Does not phone you when your number is left and gives you empty promises in e-mails. After over 6 months they have still not decided to make me a priority case. My original order had the wrong parts in it. I was then sent a replacement witch was nothing to do with what i ordered. So now i am still waiting for the right part. The customer service team is useless, just says sorry and says they will pass your number onto the manager. The manager of coarse never actually phones you...

I was offered 5% off my next order for all the trouble. I'm sure they know i will never order from them again.

Once again i cannot stress enough how bad this company is and never to use them under any circumstance. You would probably get your furniture faster if you built it yourself.
