Purchased few products and had to return the items - after a lengthy over a month wait to receive them. Was told that two items I returned were damaged on arrival. The seller therefore returned them to me, In fact the condition of these items, sage sticks, were exactly the same condition they originally arrived. I had taken extra precautions to wrap them securely when returning them. More securely than the sellers own wrapping! Site is attractive, lots of things, thought it was a small family run business which I wanted to support. Returning goods all in their original sealed packaging, and claiming these were 'damaged' is unacceptable - particularly as these 'damaged' goods were in the same condition when they first arrived, and actually not damaged in any way, let alone rendering them unsaleable, or unusuable. My emails querying this decision, and outlining the facts, asking for an explanation were ignored. Since they have my money, why would they bother? Hugely disappointing, and extremely poor customer service when a company chooses to disregard three emails by a customer raising concerns, and retain monies based on such allegations when evidence to the contrary was offered for a resolution.
