“extremly, extremely poor delivery”

well i have an account & everything used to be great. delivery was always on time. everything was as it should be.

i have now however had enough of their terrible delivery. they use hermes & they have lost several items i have ordered & delivered me some broken. several items have taken absolute weeks before they turn up, if at all.

i ordered a ceramic ornament & it was thrown over my back garden gate as i was not home to take delivery. i did not even open the box, i could hear it was shattered in a thousand pieces when i picked it up.

they are not even supposed to leave anything without obtaining a signature from me, as 'apparantly' one of the delivery men left a jacket i ordered previously, in my garden but there was absolutely nothing there, so as for them chucking this delivery over my gate it should not have happened.

i have phoned several times to complain about the delivery service i have recieved & every time i get the same thing told to me, that they will put a note on the system to tell the courir service i want a different delivery person & yet it's the same man every time.

i am constantly on the phone having to complain about something they have delivered or not delivered! i am sick of it all now and so i will be paying my account off & then closing my account because the delivery is extreemely poor & they are going to need to change from hermes delivery before i will ever order another thing from them.
