“Appalling Service - badly let down at Christmas”

This company took my order and money online, but failed to notice or advise me that it did not have the item in stock. I had to chase repeadedly for status updates. After many weeks they finally admitted their error - when it was too late to order a replacement gift in time for Christmas. I got an apology email and full reimbursement - but my irritation is still intense as you can tell...... :(
