“Don't bother wasting your time”

Ordered door handles and locks and it arrived some three weeks later and was wrong. I have called and called, emailed and nothing. Reported them to trading standards and got my money back from my credit card supplier four months later.
After looking further on the internet, reviews like mine are posted everywhere.
They should be closed down for their scamming 'in stock' website.
