Dear Sir/Madam,

I feel compelled to write this email in praise of your company and a particular individual, Mr Robert O'Farrell. We came to your showroom seeking a very special set of rings for our upcoming Wedding, we had a very specific brief that we wanted to be met.
After an initial disappointment that was not the fault of Robert but rather one of the other members of the team, we decided to see Robert who had also provided us with an excellent service when we purchased our Engagement ring from yourselves.

Robert was informative and very learned with regards to his products and has sold us a total of three rings based upon his expertise and ability to deliver according to our requirements. I work in an organisation that has many employees and understands the value that they can bring to a business, Robert is a valuable commodity, polite, knowledgeable and trustworthy. In short he is a fabulous jeweller and sculptor in precious materials.

Thank you so much Robert for all of your help in making our Engagement so special.

P.S. What we do not appreciate is uncouth, untalented Australian women wearing inappropriate short skirts and completely *&%$£" up our order. I have no problem with women wearing what they like, but skirts that are so short they have to be pulled down by the owner as I am attempting to buy a ring for my fiancée (with her present) is completely inappropriate...tacky and low class. She was arrogant and completely useless, perhaps with a touch of jealousy, that framed her. lucky Robert was around to rescue the day!
