I also like many others on this site ordered goods and the money was debited, however after 7 weeks, still waiting to receive goods. I did today receive a refund because one item could not be sent (both items were the same company). They say they have been let down by their suppliers??? Never had this problem with Amazon......... think they need to reorganise their system of despatching etc.,

Took 7 weeks to tell me they complete an order - surely this couuld have been established within 48 hours.

Could be a great site - but feel let down.............
