we have been using them for nearly two years (dont ask why we have stuck it out so long, i think pure lazyness to cancel them actually and hope they would eventually fix it...pfft)

where do we start....
while the website looks modern, the staff DO try to help (mainly diverted to their american call centre) the software looks good, is actually over technical, it could have been made to be much more user friendly for the staff who arent a complete nerd.

the updates are SOO SOO Slow, its unbelievable, the amount of times we have called an engineer accusing them of not being at a job or still lying in bed... AND BANG... 15 minutes later it updates and tells us they have been there all morning!! very embarrassing for office staff and annoying for the engineer..

this is not a one off, or occassional problem... this is every day... every single day.. about 50% of the time trying to use this software.

would never recommend and would never recommend using Fleet Director as a company to track your company vehicles.
