“Slow delivery, poor customer service, poor status...”

I should have NOT given this company a second chance. Lessons learnt.

Very slow delivery - 3 weeks later and none of my items have arrived.

Very uninformative My Account page - I tried to find out info to "track" my order only to see a list of items I'd ordered and when I'd ordered it (information I already have) - no other information/status of order provided.

Poor customer service - spoke to customer service agent who couldn't tell me where or when my items would be delivered or what stage they were at - he only said "it SHOULD arrive soon".

Poor/lack of systems in place - items were cancelled from my order due to out of stock but I was never informed by email as other companies do. Customer service called me after a few email complaints to tell me the stock was now in supply if I would like to order it by phone. I did and guess what? I received an auto email a few days later saying the same item could not be fullfilled as it was out of stock!

Their sister company Verbaudet has much better systems in place and more friendly and helpful customer service agents. Just wish they would stop promoting La Redoute.
