“Gift card order still "processing" 12 days later”

Don't order from the Wedding Channel.com! As I wedding guest, I ordered a gift card that was never delivered. My email inquiries were never answered. I waited 10 minutes on the phone to get a human to explain the lack of service. (It never was fully explained-in fact their answers contradicted information on their web site.) I am HOPING my order has been cancelled, however, this is still a concern.

I would have given them 0 stars if possible!
