“Poor service.”

Once you have made your booking, the service deterioates. If you want to contact the company by phone, you will find it difficult and time consuming to get any help....and phone calls will cost you 10p a minute. What kind of a company is that?
Our airline tickets never arrived and it was only with the help of the airline at the airport that we managed to get a holiday.
We all want a stress free holiday not use this company.
