“fixating about food!”

I started my diet on 4th july and today i weighed myself to see if the desperate hunger is worth it. I have lost 6Ibs already!! However the mealpacks are bland and tiny and I am fixating on real food. The porridge is like glue and tastes repulsive as does the tomato soup. Its hard watching people eat when Im suffering. Im in a constant state of empty hunger and its awful but the results will be worth it in the end I guess.I feel tired and weak but this will supposedly pass after 5 days. But I am impressed with the rapid weight loss!!!!!
