“Seriously shocking”

After 3 days of trying to get a problem with passwords resolved, and at least 6 conversations with call centre staff in (I think Philipines), I've had enough and closing down my account with them. They are okay to use when no problems, but when they try "upgrading" your account for free....the process was a shambles. We gave them plenty of time and patience to resolve but they just keep failing. Probably the worse IT company of any sort I have dealt with.
