“Very poor service”

I am looking for a flat to rent for about a month now, and Sterling Ackroyd proved to be the most unreliable estate agency in East End. They promise to call back many times, promised to arrange viewings but at the end it's just a massive waste of time! I am not sure how a large business can be so careless, maybe London property prices are driving everyone mad! For several days I am trying to get hold of Alan Thompson - he is ignoring phone calls. Definitely would not recommend using their services.
