I thought I had booked a holiday through this company but like others discovered that this was a 'booking request' and I would be contacted within 72 hours. Several emails to them and 7 days later I bit the bullet and phoned their expensive number. The response seemed good - the person I spoke with apologised and I was told that 'Neil' would ring me back in 5 minutes. That is now 24 hours ago and I have emailed them to cancel the booking. My bank assures me that if they try to take payment I can get this back. I have now rebooked the same flights and better accommodation for £175 less than the Beach Collection price.
