“Still waiting for refund. Unable to contact”

Shoes arrived promptly and I was really pleased with the fit. But they were describred as being waterproof, but after first time of wearing they definately was not waterproof. I contacted the company they said to return them, which I did but now I have no refund and unable to contact them. Lots of calls to an answering machine and also emails not returned.
