Powakaddy Freeway Air EBS

Breakdowns on course a regular problem - suddenly your best friend becomes a liability. For the price powakaddy should deliver better quality - remind me of Austin Rover!

I now have another fault with my powakaddy but is extremely difficult to resolve without paying for some considerable amount of spares. The trolley does not last 9 holes without it becoming slugish. I immediately thought the battery was at fault and replaced it. Same problem. Changed the speed controller. Same problem. Dismantled and cleaned out the motor. Checked motor brushes. All fine but still the same problem. Anyone else had this fault and managed to fix it? If so what was the fix in the end.
