this company supplied me with a laptop power pack, a good price fast delivery and offered a 12 months guarantee. so for I was very pleased with the deal.
The unit failed after 8 months so I emailed them asking for a returns number and address I followed this with a number of emails to different addresses including China still no answer.Asked Ebay to sort it out they said its not their problem.
Had they not said it was guaranteed I would have opened the unit to try and effect a repair.(well within my capabilities and experience) and ordered a new unit if it was beyond repair.
